At Well Data Technologies we understand that you do not buy our products solely on their technical merit, you must consider the entire package. To this end we have invested heavily in our staff and business processes to ensure your peace of mind.
Having invested heavily in a quality management system to ISO 9001:2000 standard, we have continued to develop the robustness of our change control processes in line with Sarbanes-Oxley and to meet the new requirements of our clients using CTX / SAP.
Maintaining the quality of our services and products is key to our success. We continue to deploy our systems globally while maintaining a program of improvement in the support and maintenance of our software.
As a client, your main point of contact for support of your products will either be through dedicated phone line and SharePoint Portal, or via your own IT helpdesk. If you are unsure then we recommend in the first instance that you contact your local IT helpdesk although you can contact us directly using the details below.

- The name of the application in which the issue was observed
- The steps required to reproduce the issue
- The operating system you are using
- If it is the client or web-based version of the software
- The web browser version you are using (if web-based)
- Your connection to the server - intranet / dialup / remote connection
